BEC Youth Leadership Program

The BEC Youth Leadership program is designed to educate and cultivate very deserving, yet underserved, youth into our future leaders.  

Each college bound youth is matched with a corporate sponsor/mentor committed to investing time, wisdom and financial resources in their education and development.

Sponsorship involves a five (5) year commitment to provide a youth with:

• a full 4-5 year college scholarship 
• mentorship throughout the program
• internships and
• support for STEM programs
  (Science, Technology, Engineering
  and Mathematics)

Your five year commitment will have a positive lifelong impact on our diverse youth, their families and America.
